If you drive the Great Ocean Road like me and live in Port Campbell, then you must try this medium-rare Angus steak! The four words "fresh, tender and juicy" are really not an exaggeration! My husband and I both love medium-rare, but when we eat steak in China, my husband doesn't allow me to order medium-rare. He thinks that domestic steaks are not safe and cannot be eaten raw, but the nine-well steak is really hard to swallow. When I came to Australia, my husband decisively asked me to eat medium-rare. I saw a lot of ranches and cows along the way during the day. I was so happy to think that I would eat it in the evening!
